7. Applicant Information

If you submit your application to us, we will process the data you provide to fulfill our (pre)contractual obligations as part of the application process. If your application is successful, we will continue to process the data for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and Section 26 of the BDSG.

If you voluntarily provide us with special categories of personal data, such as health information or religious affiliation, the legal basis is additionally Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR. If your application is not successful, we will delete your data no later than six months after submission.

Until then, your data will be stored to respond to any inquiries regarding the application process and to fulfill our record-keeping obligations under the AGG. If you withdraw your application, we will delete your data immediately.
